Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Multiple reviews report moldy smell, instances of rooms described as 'sucio', and general concerns about old/poorly maintained facilities — cleanliness is notably below expectation.

Service

Staff are frequently described as friendly and helpful in many reviews ('personal agradable', 'excellent attention', 'helpful staff'), though a few reports note inconsistent front-desk interactions.

Location

Location is repeatedly praised (close to the beach, good access to Lincoln Road/promenade); overall location sentiment is strongly positive.

Room Quality

Mixed comments: comfortable beds and charming rooms reported, but issues include small bathrooms, noisy dehumidifiers/AC, thin walls, lack of blackout blinds and some older fixtures.

Amenities

Positive mentions of a nice pool, boutique feel and in-room Lavazza coffee; negatives include limited gym, no kettle/tea facilities in some rooms and some services reduced during repairs.

Value for Money

Several complaints about hidden fees, unexpected charges (late checkout charged), and unresolved refund promises — value perception is negatively impacted.

Charming Boutique Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida

Luxurious Amenities: Enjoy the outdoor pool, sun deck, and complimentary Wi Fi in every room at Circa 39 Hotel Miami Beach. Relax in style with a 32-inch flat-screen TV, work desk, and convenient amenities like a hairdryer and safety deposit box.
